'The property is beautifully maintained, clean, nicely decorated and perfect for an extended family gathering with lots of space within the house. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and there is a nice outdoor area for kids to play. We could walk to get lobster rolls, great sandwiches and salads, and a general store, and Kennebunkport and the Kennebunk beaches are a short drive away. The property manager is very responsive. 'We had the most wonderful stay here for Prelude. With 4 adults and 1 infant traveling, we had plenty of room and extra to spare. This home is up to date and clearly well cared for. Many thoughtful touches and obvious attention to detail to ensure everything guests might need during their stay was there. The location was fantastic with close proximity to town. 'Late April in Maine means empty beaches… and this cottage was perfect for a short vacation where solitude, dog walks along the beach, reading and sleeping was the addenda. We did go out to dinner twice… the Earth at Hidden pond and Via Sophia by the Sea… both minutes away… both 5 star restaurants that did not disappoint.'
