'A/C worked great but they request you don’t turn it below 75° due to condensation- which, for a menopausal lady in a tiny room, was a bit warm. Didn’t see any bugs in rooms. Able to access rooms easily with clear instructions. No windows in rooms. Small spot of blood on one of the pillowcases, but linens overall clean. Towels were clean (4 beach towels and 4 bathing towels). Walls need a good cleaning - it looked like bugs had been smashed on the walls but not sufficiently cleaned....

The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit, and a special thank you to Laura at the front desk for her exceptional service and warm hospitality. 'Bien localizado, muy cerca del terminal de ferry. habitación Muy pequeña, ni siquiera tiene un pequeño clóset. La cama es muy pequeña para dos personas, además es uncomfortable. Personal es muy amable.'

'Do the nature tour and ride the bikes all around the property.'

'The shower was not clean, had sand it’s rusty tiles are broken around the outside of the shower , mirror is all stain up. The hall way did not have a curtain . Kitchen only 1 small pot, and had ants. The AC is horrible it was very HOT. The out side hot tub was not working at , I paid a lot for this place that it’s not worth it. This place needs a remodel and the outside painted. All Staff were so helpful and so nice .'

'The pool and common areas are well cared for, and the vegetation is lush and beautiful. The coffee /cocoa machine was a hit, and it was great that the breakfast room is open all day. Don’t count on a wide variety of food to be put out, however.'
