It was not the cleanest Garden Inn in either the room or the public areas. The breakfast was pricey and we had to leave at 7am each day so we weren’t able to grab anything anyway (opened at 7am and not a minute early). The staff was polite if approached but not particularly friendly or proactive. All in all, just a ‘meh’ experience. Will work in a pinch.

Good afternoon. I just would like to provide clarity on the coffee in the room. Our room attendants enter sleeping rooms every other day, as described in the message on the mirror cling in your sleeping room, or by request at any time. It is not our practice to enter the room daily to replenish the coffee or service the room. This was a change in the brand since Covid and I'm sorry that the expectation was not met.

Easy and fast check in. I noticed that when I got home yesterday that i had flea bits on both legs. They were on both ankle were all bite up. This property allows dogs inside the rooms i assuming thats were i got bit. Not happy about that. I would recommend you only put dog in certain rooms so this isn’t an issue again.

I arrived and was told, even though I paid in advance, there was no room for me and that they would give me a room in a sister property 30 minutes away. I had to drive around at 10:30 at night, alone to look for another place to stay. I was given no explanation.

we stayed at this place sever years ago but this was the first time we stayed on a room facing the freeway so it was a little noisy at night.

Hotel looks new. Very clean, staff very friendly. We felt very safe here. Nice location close to I80 and 15 minutes from Thunder Valley Casino.

Limited housekeeping and loud freeway
Hotel itself was fine, but I think it's ridiculous that you now have to opt into having your room cleaned. I was so disappointed to return to my room and find that it had not been serviced. Also, our room faced the freeway and was very loud. Will choose to stay at a different hotel in the future.

Would stay again
Did not spend much time in hotel as I was at a conference; got back to hotel late and left early in the morning. Reception desk very nice. Stand Upon check-in, I was told that housekeeping did not come daily. A sign in the room said that housekeeping came every two days. Fine w/ me. Changing sheets or towels, dumping trash, not necessary every two or even three days for me. Room was clean and comfortable. I think hotel has breakfast for a little less than $20 a day but I rarely eat breakfast so did not choose to have it. They have an area where a limited amount of microwavable food can be purchased; there is a microwave and refrigerator in room. Room has the usual coffee/tea amenities in room. I would stay again.
