'This was a wonderful hotel and location. We rode the train to/from the airport bc Union Station was very close and we didn't have a lot of luggage. The hotel lobby was probably our favorite. "Tijdens ons verblijf was het zwembad gesloten vanwege een defect. Onze kamers waren netjes maar we moesten zelf de slaapbank gereedmaken en vragen om beddengoed.
Restaurant later op de ochtend niet netjes maar dat ligt aan de mede hotelgasten. Hotelbar is erg ongezellig.
Omgeving is niet prettig. Veel verslaafden en vooral 's avonds zorgt dit voor een onveilig gevoel. 16th street mall is een grote teleurstelling. "
