'The Pub was a grade 2 listed building which was a 1700 era the best way to describe it is Quirky! . The internal pub area was full of history and upstairs the rooms fixtures and fitting new with the decoration being fresh but sympathetic to the age of the building. the food was good Pub Grub and the cooked breakfast was great Full English or Full Scottish Both filling and well cooked, served piping hot! Lovely outside area and caters for Dogs. '
'Owners were very friendly and great at communicating ahead of our arrival. We had a fridge in our room, which was really helpful and the water and tea/coffee/biscuits left were lovely. The beds were so comfortable and we slept really well. The breakfast was amazing - really great quality sausages etc. would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area.'

Delicious scrambled eggs in the morning made by Cliff using eggs from their chickens. comfortable bed and great shower. 'The staff is amazing, the room was very nice. Great location on a 5 minute walk from the airport. Great food and nice bar. The only think i did not like was the smell of sigarettes/sigars on the 4th floor.( the hallway). I told the staff about this but i smelled it al the three days....i think the smell is in the carpet or the wall or something but they should look into that for the future. Overall great stay ,nice people, good food and great location. '

Stayed in room 4. Not a lot of choice on the TV so went to a couple of pubs in the area. Ate in the hotel and food was lovely. Breakfast was also good.

"21st of June, 30 degrees Celsius, no working airconditioning and till six in the morning loud noises of drunk people, men and women, next to the entrance under our window!
Next day we did get another room but for sure one day and night completely a terrible experience! "
