Everything is nicely placed all in one place divided with big wooden shelf. A well-equipped kitchen is available, and the bathroom includes a hot water shower. Enjoy unwinding in the charming private balcony with beautiful view on the pool and garden. Sahl hasheesh center with all the shops and restaurants is a few minutes away.

During your stay, you will have access to a variety of shared facilities designed for relaxation and comfort. Guests can enjoy three swimming pools, perfect for cooling off, sunbathing, or simply unwinding throughout the day.
For those who like to stay active, there is also a fully equipped gym available, allowing you to keep up with your fitness routine while away from home.
Please note that these areas are shared with other residents and guests, so we kindly ask everyone to be respectful and follow the community rules.
Please note that the property is located a little outside the city center. To get around comfortably, you may need to rent a car, scooter, or golf cart, or use a taxi. All options are easily available and will help you explore the area with ease.

If you use more than the included amount, you will need to pay and recharge.

Egyptian Guests :
According to local regulations in Egypt, Egyptian citizens who wish to stay in the apartment as a couple must present a valid official marriage certificate upon check-in.
Please note that beach access is subject to additional fees. For stays of less than 7 days, guests are required to pay the full visitor price for beach entry.

Short-term rental stays are considered up to 3 months. For stays longer than 7 days, guests are required to purchase a beach membership, which includes a membership fee as well as a daily beach access fee.
