Welcome to La Petite Vague!

This charming and rather unique stone house, just a few meters from the beach, will charm you with its large south-facing terrace. It also features a private beach cabana!

This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service dedicated to its guests.

This house has a private beach cabana (available from May through October, approximately), so you can securely store your belongings or take a few moments to relax in the shade.

You’ll enter the house on the first floor directly into the living room/kitchen area, which opens onto a large, secluded wooden deck with an electric griddle, where you can relax on the lounge chairs or enjoy meals with family and friends at the dining table.

You’ll also find a sofa (which converts into a bed—but please note that you’ll need to bring your own bed linens, comforter, and pillows if you plan to use it) and a TV in the living room.

A unique feature of this charming house: access to the bedrooms, the bathroom, and the restroom is from the outside. You’ll therefore reach these areas via the outdoor stairs.

On the first floor:
- Shower room with a macerator toilet
- One bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. The wood-burning stove in the bedroom is not in working order.

On the second floor:
- Another bedroom with two single beds
There is no safety gate on the staircase leading to this bedroom; it is not suitable for young children. Please note that the staircase is very narrow.

Included: Linens (towels, bed sheets, dish towels, bath mats), travel crib, small games, Wi-Fi, welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dish soap, and trash bag. For the rest of your stay, we’ll leave it up to you to purchase what you need.

Please note: the living room/kitchen is not connected to the bedrooms and bathroom through the interior of the house; you’ll need to use the outdoor stairs to access them.
Access to the terrace is also via a few steps.

You will be provided with a set of keys.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM at the latest.

Self-check-in is available via a key box.

Small pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and house-trained. Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer is a charming coastal town located in Normandy. It is known for its peaceful atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and historical heritage linked to World War II.

There are small shops, cafés, and restaurants where visitors can enjoy local cuisine and immerse themselves in the town’s daily life.

Thanks to its seaside location, Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer offers a variety of water sports, such as sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking. The favorable sea conditions make these activities popular among water sports enthusiasts.

The house is located in the center of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, and you’ll have access to shops and the beach in just a few minutes, right in the heart of the D-Day beaches and near Caen. All public parking spaces are free in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer.
A bus serves the town.
