The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent this charming 130 m² house in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, less than 500 metres from La Pointe de la Garde, can accommodate up to 8 people (ideally between 2 and 4 adults with children or friends). It has a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of around 690 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- A living room of 16 m² with sofa, armchairs and large dining table.
- An American kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 200 cm (new mattress purchased in 2025)
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 200 cm (new mattress purchased in 2025)
- Bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

On the first floor :
- Living area with sofa and TV, Wifi.
- Bedroom 3: large through bedroom with two single beds forming a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Room 4 : a pull-out bed (two beds 90x190), ideally a bed for the size of the room. (ideal for children)
- Room 5 : a pull-out bed (two beds 90x190), sheets and towels included. (ideal for children)
- Bathroom with shower.
- A separate toilet.

For even more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 690 m² and a terrace of 10 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days

The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. The Pointe de la Garde is located at about 500 m from the house. You will be close to all essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you are looking for a beautiful seaside resort where to spend a few days, it is certainly in the region of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo that you should stop. Here, capes, islands, creeks and miles of beaches make up the landscape. Take the time to walk along the coast and in the ruins of the castle before discovering the peninsula of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer.
