On the ground floor, there is a garage and the entrance hall.

At the first level, a hallway serving an open and equipped kitchen, a pantry, a toilet, a living room / dining room with access to the large South-facing balcony, and beautiful view, followed by a verdant terrace, equipped with a barbecue.

From the stay, two steps lead to the living room corner with television and fireplace.

A room with a double bed in 140 cm, as well as a spacious bathroom.
A second bedroom is available on this level, with a sofa bed.

Upstairs, a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a baby bed, a second bedroom equipped with a 140 cm bed, with balcony and mezzanine, the third bedroom with a 120 cm bed.
Finally, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

This house contains many steps to access the different rooms.
