'Nice hotel with a nice seaview from our room. It was windy weather when we stayed in the hotel which implied that room 36 had a 24/24 disturbing noise (due to the incorrect fixing of a sail over the rooftop bar to the wall of the hotel room). When we complained (as it was so disturbing that it kept us hours awake), the reaction of the hotel management was "Yes, we know ..." (no excuse and no commitment to remediate this - which implies the poor score on facilities and service) '

'Dès l'arrivée, le dépaysement est immédiat ! la vue en 3 plans, lobby, piscine et mer est là pour un effet Waouh garanti. L'équipement est complet, mais parfois un peu fatigué (petits carreaux manquants dans le spa, mousse des transats un peu affaissée, immense baignoire à enjamber, et vasque à lame d'eau ne laissant pas de place pour poser ses affaires. En revanche l'ensemble des personnels a vraiment à coeur de rendre votre séjour très agréable et c'est réussi.'

'Positive: clean room, all basics and more is present. Good bed. Good reception. Negative are the closing of doors, the sound of it is a contant nuissance. they click very hard opening and closing. Good breakfast, NOT much noise of coffweemachines as usual everywhere else, and NO loud kitchen noise! '
