Located in the center of the village yet still quiet thanks to its secluded setting and garden, this 60 m² vacation rental can accommodate 4 people and offers all the comforts and amenities you need to enjoy your vacation.
On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, linens, and supplies; a living room with a sofa bed that provides a comfortable sleeping surface, a TV, an audio system, a fully equipped laundry room, and a separate restroom.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, built-in cabinets, and a wardrobe, as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower and storage. Reversible air conditioning is available throughout the entire property, along with free Wi-Fi. Linens are provided at no extra charge, as are complimentary toiletries and breakfast items. Large windows and floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to enjoy nature even while indoors.
The cottage features a 500-square-meter garden with a private saltwater pool and outdoor shower, as well as a shaded patio; where you’ll find everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors (sun loungers, patio furniture, table and chairs, gas grill, and a beach umbrella); access is directly via a free, secure parking lot for added convenience and privacy.
The tourist tax is not included in the rates, as it is calculated on a proportional basis and is paid in full to the local authority.
