Situated between Mont Ventoux and Avignon ( 30 km ), this authentic, tastefully renovated farmhouse offers an indoor jacuzzi and a private outdoor swimming pool, table tennis, table football and a boules area. Shops are located in Mazan ( 2 km ) or for more choice in Carpentras ( 6 km ). 8 km away, the Les Salettes lake offers a wide range of activities: hiking, mountain biking, the Ventoux Aventure forest acrobatic course, swimming and fishing.

INSIDE
This farmhouse has been successfully renovated, preserving the old materials (beams, terracotta floor tiles, ochre-coloured renderings, etc.) while adding modernity and comfort. The entrance hall houses the staircase leading to the upstairs sleeping area. The ground floor comprises a large living/dining room with TV, air conditioning, fireplace and 140cm sofa bed; a living kitchen; an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, TV and en suite shower room; and a separate toilet. The 1st floor comprises an air-conditioned bedroom with king-size bed, TV and en suite shower room with WC; a bedroom with double bed, TV and en suite shower room; and a third air-conditioned bedroom with king-size bed and en suite shower room. On the second floor, the 5th bedroom is the air-conditioned dormitory with 5 single beds. There is a separate shower room and WC on the landing.
The highlight of this holiday rental is the air-conditioned annex next to the patio, with its 2.20m x 3.50m swimming pool/jacuzzi, heated and with air and water bubble movement; shower room and WC.

OUTSIDE
On 1.6 ha of unfenced land planted with olive, almond and pomegranate trees, you can park 6 cars. The exterior takes up 1000m2 of fenced land. There are various lounges, a 20 m2 covered terrace, a large swimming pool that is heated for longer use, with an outdoor shower. Table tennis, table football, boules area and trampoline complete the facilities for a dream holiday.

OUR OPINION
An imposing but very welcoming air-conditioned holiday home, well-appointed for a relaxing holiday where the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi extend the swimming season. Less than 30 km away, discover Châteauneuf-du-Pape and its prestigious wines, L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with its canals, antique shops and Provencal market, and Vaison-la-Romaine, with its medieval old town and Roman heritage.
