On the first floor, you'll find four bedrooms and a separate living room, all with access to the expansive front deck. Adjacent to the 2nd living area, you'll find a beverage bar along with an additional table, accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed and direct deck access, followed by a room with two twin beds. A full hall bathroom with a shower-tub. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms: one with bunk beds (full on the bottom, twin on top) and an extra twin, also with front deck access, and another with a queen bed. Another hall bathroom with a shower-tub completes this level.

Upstairs on the second floor is the master bedroom, offering a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom also grants access to a private deck. The en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity sink.

The kitchen is fully updated with sleek stainless-steel appliances, showcasing an island with additional seating. The kitchen opens onto a deck with an outdoor table. With its open floor plan upstairs, this home creates an inviting space for gatherings with family and friends. From the kitchen, you'll step into an expansive open floor plan. The main living area features large windows offering picturesque views and easy access to the dining room, perfect for intimate gatherings with family or groups.

These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!
