This lovely new construction home has seven bedrooms, six and a half baths, two living rooms, a laundry room, and a pool off the main-floor deck with an ocean view. 713 Winter Trout comfortably accommodates up to 23 people and is dog-friendly, with a fee.
Starting on the main floor, 713 Winter Trout has a large open great room overlooking the ocean. Take in the gorgeous view while cooking, eating in the dining room, or relaxing on the couch. This large open space greets you as you walk in from the entryway, giving a sense of comfort and space to breathe. A highlight of the home is the kitchen area, with quartz countertops, a gas range, new stainless-steel appliances, beverage fridge, double wall ovens, and a large pantry. It will be a joy to stay in and cook your favorite meals. A powder room is located near the great room for easy access. Step out to the back deck, where the ocean surrounds you from the comfort of your screened-in porch or private above-ground pool. Your only problem should be deciding which one to enjoy first.
Moving on to the bedrooms, 14 beds accommodate up to 23 people comfortably. The primary bedroom and one guest bedroom are located on the main floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom, providing a sanctuary from the large open spaces. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a tub, and a separate shower, while the guest bedroom has a king bed and a tub-shower combo. The two laundry rooms are located in the hall on the first and second floors with a full washer and dryer! The exterior entryway and patio grant the property a unique curb appeal.
Moving along to the upstairs, there are five bedrooms and four baths: Three king bedrooms, two bunk rooms, and an office with a full futon.
Two king bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with a tub-shower combo. Directly across the living area is the last king bedroom with its own en-suite bath and shower. This bedroom and one other king bedroom have direct access to the shared back deck, with large sliding glass doors that let in plenty of natural light and offer an ocean view from the comfort of your bed.
In the middle of these rooms is the second living area with an amazing ocean view and access to the large back deck. There are two hall bathrooms upstairs with tub shower combos, for bunk room occupants to share. Both bunk rooms have one full-over-full and one twin-over-twin bunk bed. In the middle of the bunk rooms, there is access to the lovely front deck, with a panoramic view of Winter Trout Road and the surrounding area.
713 Winter Trout has many unique features that set it apart as a special place to stay. The large four-car garage has a Tesla electric car charger that can charge ANY electric car (please put the connector back after using it!). In the driveway, there are three to four more parking spots, allowing space for up to seven to eight cars/golf carts. Please do not park on the grass!
The tasteful Lowcountry decorations and furnishings will be sure to catch your eye, as will the wood flooring throughout the main rooms and hallways. This property has high-speed Wi-Fi and eight TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the main living room. This property is currently streaming-only, allowing you to access all your favorite streaming apps. The elevator is available for guest use, creating an easy access point from the garage up to the third floor. Another interesting component of the home is a standby generator, giving you peace of mind for power during storm season. Lastly, an outdoor shower makes it easy to clean up after the beach. A gas grill is also available for your use.
The View: The above-ground pool is a highlight of the home, located on the main floor back deck. This screened-in deck will most likely be where you spend most of your time taking in the view.
A four-seat golf cart is included with your rental. Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the island's natural scenic beauty.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
