This newly built, 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence boasts expansive views reaching towards Hilton Head Island from its impressive second and third-story ocean-facing porches. Just a short stroll from the direct path to the sandy shores, luxury meets convenience. On the main level, the master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a freestanding tub for added indulgence. Upstairs, three bedrooms await, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The left upstairs bedroom offers a king bed with a master ensuite bathroom, mirroring the luxury of the freestanding tub and walk-in shower. On the right, both bedrooms feature two queen beds with ensuites showcasing walk-in showers and decks with ocean views.

Savor moments in our fully equipped luxury kitchen, complete with a 6-burner gas stove, stainless steel refrigerator, and separate beverage chiller along with an additional fridge in the laundry room. The screened-in porch provides the perfect ambiance for sunset dinners accompanied by ocean views.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
