Sea Mist is a beautiful, newly renovated, ground floor studio/one bedroom apartment just steps from the beach!  If you are looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, you have found it. This versatile studio is located mid-Island on the ground level of our single family home with its own separate entrance.  Graced in beautiful coastal tones with lots of natural light, anyone can get comfortable in this cozy living space quickly and easily.
Relax on the convertible sofa that effortlessly reclines to a chaise or queen bed, adjust the lighting with built-in dimmers throughout, then, enjoy a meal at the dining table that converts to a work desk. Take advantage of the 360 degree turntable mount for the new 42" Smart TV so that you can watch TV in the living room or cozy up in the comfortable new memory foam queen bed with your favorite must-see show. 
The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, glass top electric range and oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The spacious bathroom showcases a classic ship lap finish while also boasting a full walk-in shower, bamboo shower bench and great lighting. A washer/dryer and outdoor shower are on site for your convenience as well.
Beach access 15 is just a short walk away (500 steps to the entrance), so feel free to catch the sunrise or the sunset! On many nights, the waves can be heard above the silence to lull you to sleep. Golf Cart is included and amenity cards are available for purchase. Please bring your own beach towels.  Ask us about our Monthly rates!

Though we love all dogs, we are smaller dog friendly and do reserve the right to accept/decline approval of a pet.  Please note the type of dog you would like to bring in the comment section.  A fee of $150 per pup with advanced approval.  $300 charge if a pet is brought without approval.

This is a cute, large apartment. It’s within walking distance to the beach, fitness center, and the food court. The host was quick to respond to questions. We had no issues during our stay. We will stay here again.

My husband and I came down for a college golf tournament and the property was perfect for the 2 of us. The pictures were exactly what the property looked like. It was cleaned and well stocked. The golf cart was great, we parked our car and took the golf cart everywhere we went. A short walk to the beach. Everything was wonderful, would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I rented this cute apartment for a nice beach vacation with our dog. We loved that we could bring our dog and explore the island on the golf cart provided. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked and peaceful. The bed was comfortable too. The owners lived above and were a pleasure to rent from. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway at the Fripp.

We booked this trip on a Wednesday evening for a Friday arrival. Carol was on top of everything making sure we had what we needed for our trip to be easy as possible. The studio is perfect as far as cleanliness, location to the beach, and having everything you need. There were a few things we had forgotten, but the studio had it! Carol and her husband were so nice and answered any questions we had. She even had some beach toys for my daughter to use and extra beach chairs for us to take with us. LOVED having access to the golf cart as it was a great way to explore the island. We came for a short stay, but it wasn’t long enough as there was still so much to see on the island. The house is between two beach access points. Traveling with two young kids, we had lots of stuff and found the handicap access was what we needed. It was easy to just push our wagon from the house to the beach without having to load up in the golf cart or a vehicle. If you don’t have small kids, the golf cart ride is a great and convenient option. We did get the club cards, but honestly we were so busy during the day that we couldn’t make dinner with the kids- they were so tired from playing all day. We did get take out from the Bonita Grill and it was great. We took the kids to the Cabana Club for a swim after the beach and it was so fun. Kiddie pool with a small slide and then a regular pool for all ages. The location was STUNNING! We cant wait to go back! Thank you for a great stay!
