'My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Royalton Chic Adult All Inclusive. It was our anniversary. The door had a banner, and we had a free anniversary desert at dinner. The resort is beautiful with entertainment every day/night. Staff was very nice especially Alicia and Kevin at the front desk. We had an issue with our room not being cleaned for two days. 'Though not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in, this vacation definitely owns a place in my personal top 3. Staff is friendly, and given the scale of the hotel the overall experience very intimate and personal. Rooms all have magnificent views, outdoor showers and overall comfort is good. Our room did have a ceiling fan that wasn't quite up to the task but all-in-all this did not affect the wonderful week we spent at Cocos. Food is excellent, give our greetings to Acarie.'
