'The property was affordable and I didn't expect much. However, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms weren't great, but nothing gave problems and I slept sound. The pool was fantastic and I was also able to just sit out and chill, before and after swimming, without interruption. That was great. Best thing was we're hungry and the staff whipped us up all we wanted. Upgrade on the rooms would be good, but the spot was quaint and enjoyable. Thanks for a great stay. '

'The staff was excellent. Pleasant stay overall. Customer service on point. I spoke to miss Judine by phone and she was able to accommodate my last minute request. I met Miss Jackie who is also a sweetheart. Everything was ready when I arrived. So grateful for these 2 wonderful ladies. Breakfast was good. I met the chef. The property was clean and the place is quiet if you need a good night's rest. I would stay here again. It is also a budget friendly hotel, worth every penny. '

'As per email exchange with Hotels.com, we are trying to obtain a refund for this booking as, on arrival at the hotel, the gate was chained closed. We had kept trying to phone to confirm our ETA but the telephone number was unobtainable. The hotel did not attempt to contact us.
