'They need to stepped up the buffet breakfast to more varieties of international cuisine. There’s very less options and seems like the food tastes needs more quality checking in advanced. There’s very less breakfast options very limited and repeated in a weeks time. The quality is not quite to what we(from outside the country) is accustomed to in a hotel foods normally served in international hotels. They need considerably place at least labels of what the foods are made of considering...

'Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry'

'Great location, a short walk to night market and Burnham Park. Set up is similar to an airbnb, so amenities are limited. Towels provided were clean but a bit old and worn, and you will need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper as only one is provided. Great value for your money, place is clean and sufficient for a family stay. It is not luxury stay but is clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the location and price.'

'Clean room and hallway. The food was okay. Nothing special and I think it is kinda overpriced compared to outside restaurants. The staffs are very polite and some are shy. I do want to address an issue because I sent a message to their messenger during the stay but no response at all.'

'Where do I begin?? Check in process was seamless and very simple, ‘cause the staff was ready for us. Hotel location, does not have any noticeable signage in the front, so you really have to look for entrance! At Check-in we asked about some extra towels for the room, and was advised there is a fee !!!😬 Next, the room, was clean and neat, but super dated!! Like from 1980. Walking in, it all appears well, but hit the fan switch, and you immediately hear the sound of a wobbling spinning noise...

'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. No breakfast included but can be added for a hefty amount. The price is high, certainly if you consider the lack of breakfast and slightly...
