'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. No breakfast included but can be added for a hefty amount. The price is high, certainly if you consider the lack of breakfast and slightly...

'The room was spacious and clean! We also had a beautiful mountain view, it was amazing to wake up to it in the morning. The lamphouse is right in the heart of Canmore, close to restaurants, shopping boutiques, and more. The staff were very accommodating as well. We asked if we could leave our car after the 11 a.m. checkout, and they kindly allowed us to park until 4 p.m. Overall, a great stay!'
