'There are always a few small things (our cold tap barely worked) but overall, this hotel was brilliant. Staff were friendly, spa was really well appointed and treatments were both very good and reasonably priced. Its location right on the river and in the heart of a tiny but bustling little village is idyllic. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, all the necessary accessories. Highly recommended

The staff were friendly and helpful in offering services and guidance with local sites of interest. The room and views were particularly lovely with water, courtyard, garden, mill, bridge, live geese, roosters, and ducks to add to the charming rustic site. View the pics! It is all very lovely!'

'Geweldige overnachting in een schitterend oud kloostercomplex. Het enorme kloostercomplex is schitterend gerestaureerd, en ook 's avonds (alleen voor hotelgasten) open en prachtig verlicht; een heel bijzondere ervaring om daar rond te mogen dwalen. Ook zeer sfeervolle hotelkamers, in kloosterstijl maar met modern comfort.'
