H1491 – Lakeview Luxury Chalet & Spa:
Cozy living room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar, and wine cooler. Six carefully decorated bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom. Garden-level floor has four additional bedrooms and a large game room with pool table, foosball, poker table, and board games. Private spa, enclosed balcony, outdoor fire pit area, and BBQ. Perfect for families and large groups.

H4355 – Le Zen Belvédère:
Private outdoor spa on the balcony, BBQ, and gas fireplace. Large windows with natural light and exceptional views. Five comfortable bedrooms. Access to wooded trails year-round, close to ski resorts, beaches, and other activities. Parking with EV charger and air conditioning for optimal comfort. Relaxing and peaceful stay in nature.

Guest Access:
Five parking spaces are available. Parking on the street or elsewhere on the property is not allowed. The parking area is sloped, and good winter tires are required. An EV charging station is available on-site.

Located 15 minutes from Saint-Sauveur and Morin-Heights, and 10 minutes from Sainte-Adèle village with grocery stores and bakeries. Nearby beaches include Jean-Guy Caron at Lac Rond (10 min), Val-Morin at Lac Raymond (10 min), Gratton Beach, Lac Saint-Joseph (17 min), Doncaster River Park (24 min), and Major Beach, Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts (25 min).
