This residence will meet many expectations: calm assured, located at an altitude of 475 meters in a first-class environment with a breathtaking 180-degree view of the mountains as far as the eye can see.

FOR YOUR SHOPPING
It is best to do your shopping in your hometown before heading to the chalet. However, if you have to stop, choose one of the businesses listed below:

There is a convenience store in Sainte-Lucie: 2048 chemin de Ste-Lucie but for a greater choice on your route before arriving at the chalet in Sainte-Agathe: Métro de Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, SAQ and our favorite for fresh produce at good prices and casually, the very charming Bourrassa Market.

FOR ACTIVITIES:
For activities on site and in the region, you will have the choice between cycling, swimming at Lac Ménard (7 minutes) or Lac Sarrazin (8 minutes). You can also rent a canoe, kayak, pedal boat or windsurf board at Lac des Sables in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts or rent a canoe or kayak À l'Abordage in Val-David to go down the calm Rivière du Nord to Lac Raymond or you can choose to return to your starting point by shuttle or by bike (for the whole family). Go hiking in the forest on site or at Mont Kaaikop from the Center de plein air L'interval where you can also go cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and mountain walking.

The chalet is unfortunately not suitable for people in wheelchairs.
Travelers have access to the entire house.

The chalet has 3 closed bedrooms each with a Queen bed, and there is a single bed on the mezzanine. In summer, there is also a 5th bedroom in the tower equipped with a Queen bed. In the basement, there is a Queen bed and a single bed. The chalet can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. Note that there is a baby playpen as well as a booster chair and that safety gates for children are installed for the stairs.

In the tower: 5th bedroom in summer only with 1 Queen bed

It is essential to have a vehicle to get around the area.

ATTENTION:
During the winter season: good winter tires a must

DO NOT GO INTO THE COTTAGE ENTRANCE UNLESS YOU ARE IN A 4X4.
-Park vehicles at the bottom of the driveway, in the parking lot provided for this purpose.
-Take the sleds and ride to the property (100 meters/330 feet approx.).
-The other seasons, mount the vehicles at the top near the barn.
- Please inform the members of your group of this information.

Animals: Note that small dogs may be accepted in the chalet with certain restrictions and under certain conditions. Fees of $75 for 1 dog and $25 for a 2nd dog may apply (2 dogs maximum)

Full bedding is provided.

For the kitchen, in general, some basic elements are there such as: sugar, salt, pepper, spices, coffee filter, etc... The kitchen is well equipped, you will find, among other things, a coffee maker, a mill coffee machine, a blender and equipment for the fondue (gas), raclette (electric) in addition to all the usual accessories in a kitchen.

There is a 42" smart TV for Netflix, youtube, etc, a DVD player, a sound system and Wifi internet access. You also have board games at your disposal.

Outside, a spa that can be used year-round, a BBQ and a location for outdoor fires (in summer).

PARTY FORBIDDEN

CAMERAS: For security reasons, surveillance cameras are installed outside for most of our chalets. The cameras point only towards the entrance of the courtyard and not the ground or the interior of the chalet. Rest assured that the facilities do not infringe on privacy. Collected images are retained for 90 days only, except in certain special circumstances.
