'The host is friendly, she sent a welcome e-mail and instructions early and responded on questions quickly. The house is a few km out from Avesta on river bank, nice and quiet. One rents a one room + kitchen + shower/wc whereas there may be other guests renting other parts of the house. The house and the furniture are pretty old, but fully functional (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, etc.) It is the perfect place if one looks for a peaceful corner, wishes to make food oneself...

'Sophie’s place was great for our families short term stay. Sophie is very communicative and helpful. Always responded very promptly and addressed all questions and needs. The cottage was as described and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view is stunning! The location is great. Very close to city center. '

'Visiting this house is like traveling back in time, probably 70 -100 years. It seems that the owners did not have the spirit to bring the old house to a modern standard but, in my impression, they even tried to emphasize its small inconveniences. "The hotel is looking really well, I enjoyed it was in a recommissioned building. The room was spacious, and I was able to work from here for a day, as well as in the comfortable lobby. Breakfast was good too. The only room for improvement was the spa, I get that it is more than a swimming pool, but I would appreciate it if at least you can go for a more frequent swim during a multi day stay. "
