'Omgeven door strand rijstvelden en palmbomen, oase van beauty en rust, dichtstbijzijnde commercieel centrum bevindt zich op 15' strandwandeling van hotel, prachtige ruime praktische kamers, superlekker eten.... niet prijzig, vriendelijk personeel die zich uit de naad werkt om gasten naar hun zin te maken, kortom ... volgend jaar gaan we terug.'

'Stayed here for 4 nights after traveling through India. I couldn't really find any downsides to this resort, and that doesn't happen a lot. Really nice, cosy and clean rooms, very friendly staff doing their best to accommodate your every need, nice pool, very good food at the restaurants, very good breakfast buffet. It's about 15 minutes walk from Majorda Beach, but there is a free shuttle running every 10 minutes during the entire day, very easy. Lovely beach, nice sea breeze and you can use...

'Wij kozen dit hotel voor een paar dagen rust na een drukke rondreis, en als je voor rust gaat is het precies goed, want er is niks in de buurt van het hotel, althans, buiten het hoogseizoen.misschien wat strandtentjes in het hoogseizoen?dat weten we niet.het hotel mist wat aan persoonlijke benadering- bij inchecken kregen we de kaart van de kamer, maar verder geen toelichting over de faciliteiten of de (taxi)services om goa te bezichtigen, bijvoorbeeld. 'We had a fantastic time here. The rooms are excellent, comfortable beds with good showers. Beds are cleaned daily which was a nice surprise, cleanliness was a big plus point of this hotel. There are 2 pools guests can use and are close to the bar/restaurant which has well priced drinks and great barmen/waiters. In fact, all staff are extremely helpful and polite. 'Lovely staff and a nice pool but some communication issues between the morning staff and the cleaning team - had to ask several times for clean towels and bedding as they kept putting the originals back dirty, eventually ended up speaking ti the owner who fixed it promptly. A shame it came to that as otherwise the staff were exceptional, even helping us sort a 6am taxi for our last day at a reasonable price. The Bengali speaking staff were exceptionally helpful. Would love to stay here again. '

'Rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Staff were all lovely and nothings too much trouble the restaurant toilets were immaculate as well. The wee floor mat outside the room bathroom needs renewing. Overall a quiet resort and a great nights sleep.'

'Alagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! '
