'Great place to stop if you're looking to be close to the tri-state area, going to Boston or just road-tripping. The staff were exceptionally kind and offered a microwave as an amenity when we needed one to heat up our leftover food. They even came to bring it. Housekeeping was thorough and rooms smelled clean. I have a high standard for cleanliness, and I am sad to say that the motel is showing its age a bit. Particularly the area around the toilet is rusty and has a lot of icky places, and...

'The only problem we had was on Tuesday night the front desk person took and gave a key to a woman to our room in 119 And she was not with my party at all. It was just me and my wife in bed and she walked in with a key through the access of a key card. I talked to the manager at the front desk. I also talked to the manager at the front desk and told him this should not happen.'

'Room was very musty and moldy. Hot water was luke warm, barely any shower pressure. Rooms need major renovations, would not stay here again or recommend. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.'

'First off the location in the Tuscan village was amazing, love the shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Staff, rooms, pool and fitness center were outstanding. My famliy and I loved our stay and will be back.'

'Got a dirty room that was clearly not cleaned recently. Asked for a different room and got one that reeked from smoke smell covered by some nasty perfume spray. Found a dead bug on the floor. Maintenance bad. I will never go back there. Staff was nice and friendly'
