Jefferson Garden Cottage

Kom thuis in een met bomen omzoomde straat, rustige buren en een pas gerenoveerd huis. Het kan allemaal van jou zijn hier in Salem. We zijn net klaar met een meerjarige renovatie van dit huisje uit 1941. Alles in het huis is gebouwd met uw comfort in gedachten. Vers afgewerkte antieke eiken vloeren, gebogen doorgang, kristallen deurknoppen, enz. Alles in het huis is nieuw, schoon en luxueus.

Ben je het beu om naar andere mensen te kijken die overal in hun Airbnb huis wonen? Niet hier! Alles is schoon en ongerept, maar huiselijk en comfortabel. Geniet van een zeer rustig verblijf in de buurt dicht bij het centrum van Salem, Salem Hospital, Willamette University en wijnmakerijen in de heuvels van West Salem. Dagtochten naar het strand, Portland, Silver Creek Falls Park en bergskiën zijn gemakkelijk vanuit dit huis.

Ontspan bij de open haard in de woonkamer of bij de open haard in de tv-kamer in de kelder. Bekijk onze nieuwe 60 inch 4000k high def tv. Dit is je thuis weg van huis.

Kom de hele zomer, herfst en lente elke week verse bloemen uit de tuin. Weelderig landschap met veel oude bloemen zoals Lila, Pioen, Rododendrons, Narcissen, Candy Tuft, Hortensia's, Varens, etc. Pluk verse tomaten en bosbessen direct vanaf het erf in de zomer.

Waarom zou u zich beperken tot een hotelkamer wanneer u een heel huis voor uw verblijf kunt hebben? Geniet van een verblijf in een onlangs gerenoveerd huis in het centrum van Salem zonder werk aan de tuin of het huis te doen! Pluk elke week verse bloemen de hele lente, zomer en herfst. Het is allemaal hier voor jou.

Delightful house!

This is our 2nd time staying at this house, and it is so wonderful! It’s easy to check in, the host is responsive; the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The living spaces and bedrooms are comfortable. The yard is beautiful, and we love to spend time in the covered backyard space. We took multiple walks in the lovely neighborhood. This is a wonderful house to stay at, and we will definitely be back.

Nice place to stay. Outside and inside the property was nice the only thing we noticed was that the carpets in the cottage was dirty and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Communication was spotty. Besides this I would recommend this place to stay.

Great House

This was a great house to stay at in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to downtown Salem, but far enough out to not feel like you are in the city. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for my family and parents. Having a room on the main floor was great for my older dad. The rec room downstairs is huge. Overall a great stay!

Lovely home!

What an adorable home and charming neighborhood. We stayed with another couple to attend a weddings at Zenith Vineyard and this place was perfect! Love the off street parking and proximity to anything you might need. I would highly recommend Salem stays and this lovely garden home.

Good property in a quiet neighborhood

The Jefferson Cottage was an ideal base camp for two of us doing the Ironman Oregon 70.3. The property was clean with fully supplied kitchen that came in handy for preparing the pre-race spaghetti dinner. It is located a few miles from Riverfront park ( about a 5-8 minute drive). I fully encourage anyone looking for a clean, safe place to stay near downtown Salem to strongly consider the Jefferson Garden Cottage.

Great property, it definitely has a cottage feel, close to the fairgrounds in a nice comfortable neighborhood. There is plenty of street and property parking. The house is also well stocked with all of the possible needs of your own home. We hope to be back!

Quilt Fair 2024

This is a beautiful, well maintained, modern property. Lots of very helpful amenities like extra outlets and plug-ins for computers and phones. You could easily have more than 6 people here between the three floors of rooms, 2 bathrooms. There were only 3 of us and we had a lovely, comfortable time. The kitchen had lots of amenities to cook with. I can’t say enough good things about this house and the host. Would stay here again.

Great house for families!
