I did not like the lack of a duvet on the bed. I found a throw in the closet, but that's not kingsize so I woke up cold.
Lighting in the loft is terrible and fans and (neighbours) water piping noises are pretty loud.

'Four things could make it better.
1.I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get into it - way too high and I'm not a short person.
2. Have sheets in the sofa bed. I had to sleep with no covers or anything the first night.
3. Provide more than one wastebasket.
4. Remote instructions. It took us quite awhile to figure it out and then we had to try to figure out what we did again.

'Great staff . They were very accommodating. The hotel was clean throughout and the rooms were comfy . The complimentary breakfast was great and a very nice addition. The mall and lots of restaurants are near . Would definitely recommend. '

Town was dark and cold beginning of March after 5 pm, I would not recommend the Lofts for the price paid. "
