'Spacious loft, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen with big fridge is great if you want to reorganise during a road trip. Parking is very convenient too. After calling about the code to open the doors, service was really friendly and swift. I did not like the lack of a duvet on the bed. I found a throw in the closet, but that's not kingsize so I woke up cold. Lighting in the loft is terrible and fans and (neighbours) water piping noises are pretty loud. Door of 211 feels flimsy, light...

'So, we booked this for a football game, which is probably relevant. It seemed like the room we were in, and maybe the whole section, was not regularly used. For some reason, it took like 5-10 minutes to get hot water to any of the faucets. Not just once, but every time. There were spiderwebs behind the bathroom door. One bolt on the toilet seat was broken, so the seat would spin around. The shower head had about half the nozzles clogged, so it was hard to rinse off. The room had minimal...

'Been here several times visiting downtown ROA, for business meetings and downtown was sold out but this place doesn’t disappoint at all, worth the trip down the highway or main roads depending on traffic. 10/15 minutes tops I love it. Staff is amazing.'

'It was difficult to know what to do or where to go. It is a very neat place, which is lovely but a little bit interesting to navigate as a guest. We came on a Monday and the restaurant was closed so we couldn’t have dinner there. There was also a large group that was taking up the shared space upstairs so we couldn’t hang out there either. The place is absolutely beautiful, it may have just been an off time for us to be there.'

'A wonderful room for my handicap mom, thanks to all'

'The hotel is beautiful and perfect location to walk to places. The only downside side is there is a night club beside it and you can hear music till early morning. Then in the morning you can hear music from hotel restaurant. I would be okay with one or the other but both makes for a rough night sleep.'

'Beautiful new hotel, best hotel stay we’ve had in many years'

'One night stay here prior to a flight from DC the next day. Pleasant, modern hotel. Friendly check-in staff. Excellent breakfast. Easy parking. Not much to do nearby the hotel - the Mexican restaurant was mediocre. Would return if I was in the area.'

'Loved the rich character and history of the hotel and city.'

'All was good'

'great room, nice coffee and cookies. TV doesn't work, even a few power power sockets.....'

'Heel prettig hotel, midden in de stad en met een direct naastgelegen parking. De uitgang van de parking ligt direct (minder dan 10 meter) naast de ingang van het hotel. De kamer was ruim, het bed erg fijn en de temperatuurregeling ook dik in orde. Koelkast is ook aanwezig. Alleen de badkamer indeling was niet helemaal logisch maar verder geen commentaar.'

'Redelijk war zwervers rondom het hotel'
