'Four things could make it better.
1.I could not sleep in the bed because I could not get into it - way too high and I'm not a short person.
2. Have sheets in the sofa bed. I had to sleep with no covers or anything the first night.
3. Provide more than one wastebasket.
4. Remote instructions. It took us quite awhile to figure it out and then we had to try to figure out what we did again.

Lighting in the loft is terrible and fans and (neighbours) water piping noises are pretty loud.

'We stayed here on 7/17 on our trip south. Check in was a breeze , reservations were made in advance. No changes in price , no surprises. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean , plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast was good and had many choices. Check out was as simple as dropping the room cards off. Can recommend. '
