'This is such a charming and unusual place. Full of Victorian history, with chickens on property and wild turkeys across the street. The rooms are spacious and unique. The facilities are comfortable and quiet.'

'Parking for every room except ours. Nearest parking 2 blocks away. Totally over priced. The Best Western across the street is in better condition, more helpful, and cost less.'

'Heel schattig zijn de kamers. Ze zijn alleen wat gedateerd: koud binnen en de douche werd helaas niet warm (badkamer is ook heel oud). Hele fijne mooie stille locatie'

'This property was a nice, centrally-located spot for exploring Carmel-by-the-Sea. There were a couple of cosmetic blemishes in our room (a small hole at the bottom of the outside panel of the door, and a crack in the porcelain of the bathroom sink). There was also no air-conditioning, though while we were there, it was not needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, an enjoyable stay.'
