'Cozy Rustic 50's cabin is actually just an old prefab house, with old furniture from the 50's that's had nothing done to it for years. 'Spacious basement living area, full kitchen with all necessary equipment in good condition, very clean. Use of laundry facility was appreciated. Initial impression on arrival was off-putting as steep alley entry led to gravel parking area with weedy seating area for a distant, limited ocean view. Entry was through laundry room, very dark so need to turn light switch on to right of door upon entry. Impression improved a lot once opening the door into the living area. Confusion over access...
