From the moment we met him Gamal went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. 'There was piss and feces all over the toilet and on the floor. There was no staff available. The room phone was not picked up by anyone as there was no one at reception. There was no hot water. The TV didn’t work and numerous attempts going in and out the room to fix it. Children shouting and screaming in the corridors.
