'Likes: very clean, lots of amenities including microwave, staff is very helpful. View is spectacular! Dislikes: mediocre food, small bathroom and excessive water spills from shower onto bathroom floor. Its a 4.5 for me.'

The TV didn’t work and numerous attempts going in and out the room to fix it. Children shouting and screaming in the corridors. I didn’t feel welcome after making my complaints known I didn’t feel safe. Despite conveying all this to finally finding someone that worked there they still charged me for three...
