'This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. '

Comoda anche la piscina con il suo chioschetto dove poter fare aperitivo o pranzare. Siamo stati molto bene. '

'Het was geweldig om hier een keer te dineren en te overnachten. Mooi uitzicht over de wijngaarden en over de zee. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Kamer zonder meer goed. Klein nadeel was dat je je koffer een paar trappen naar beneden moest dragen maar het verdere verblijf vergoedt dit meer dan ruimschoots.'

'Loved this property. So welcoming. Home cooked food was quick and tasty. Amazing fish pasta followed by sea bass. Can't complain about that! Didn't have time to enjoy it but the pool looked amazing. Breakfast relied on a bit more processed and pre packaged pastries than I'd like. There was a good choice though and plenty to fuel us for the day. A great stopover. Remote and peaceful.'
