Vind je ideale hotel in Samokov

'A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced.'

'5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the team!!! '

' Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option.'

'Vladi, the receptionist is the best! He knows how to spell the word SERVICE by taking care of you the way you expect to be taken care of is an airport hotel. He arranged a free taxi to the airport as the free shuttle was in use already by other guests. Easy access to the hotel, the rooms are clean, breakfast with everything you need/wish for. I recommend you stay there everytime you need tostay close to Sofia airport.'

'the rooms are dirty and not cleaned. Hotel is in old condition and full of cigarette smoke from the casino. staff is unfriendly. definitely not worth 5 stars'

'Mooi hotel geweldige service. Wel minpuntjes, bijvoorbeeld voor verse sinaasappelsap moest extra worden betaald en geen koffie/thee mogelijkheden op de kamer. Deze dingen dienen geregeld te zijn in een 5* hotel. '

'Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...
