Dear Guest. Thank you so much for your comments. In one hand, we can see, you do not have clear that we are the hotel, not the Airline or the travel agency. In another hand, we are really sorry that you do not be conscius that you are in Colombia, specilly in an island in the middle of no were. Regrettably, our country does not bring to the island more than 1 MB, that only works depends of the weather. San Andrés Island is unconectted with the rest of the world. It goes in the same way of the island's public servic; because as you could saw, the island do not have potable water, and the water it has is limited by some liters per month, if it ends, we have to pay a high price for the liters we required, if they have. The electricity is to much expensive, and intermittent too. These and another issues we have to handle day by day in our territory. About the dirty you mention, we remmember your self that you receive your room cleare, so you receive it greatfully; the mess and dirty you do inside your apartment is yours, because the room service is not included, as describe it on the web site, but you have the opption to get it with an additional price if you required for it, but you never asked for it. We are really sorry that you do not have cleare, that our tourits attraction is our nature, and the posibility to dissconet our self with the stress and the development world. We recomend you to consult a little bit more about the place you will visit next time, to get the right place for your expectations.

But we consider some items: 1) We are located on a neighborhood because we are a house housing, not a hotel, with the particularity of private, entrance, rooms, bathroom, and kitchenette. 2)Refering to your comment about "The entrance". That is exacly what we are. We are really sorry that you don't see the difference on Expedia for a hotel and a house housing, in another hand the price is really different too. 3)All the community in San Andrés Island in 21st Century don't have potable water to drink, and we have to buy the water to drink?. Is a reallity that overlaps our possibilitys, it is part of our goverment. 4) We work for the sustentability of the planet, so when the room is empty the fans and the light must be turned off, because in the Island, the water and the light are a scarse resource. 5) We are so sorry if still in some isolated regions of Colombia, we still have to keep the the sewer system, which is blocked by lack of development. Fot that reasson we still have to use the can trash and not the toilet as a can. 6) Yes, there are local buses and we explain you that 2 of the 3 routes of buses cross near the hotel, the San Luis bus, and the Centro (Downtown) bus. You have all the options available to transport your self, as moto-taxi, taxi, bus, walking, or renting a vehicule, because we have free parking zones. 7) We are in the middle of the two only beaches that the island has, and we are more near to the downtown that other parts of the island. 8) Our price is really good because we offer privacity, tranquility, a really place to rest, surrounding buy nature and amazing people who always are available to help you, and a personalized familiar services, with to much love, because we work really hard whith all we have to be betters and to give you always the best experince in theisland
