Iwill start saying this home has an ant infestation. We first found them crawling on a charging cord in the bedroom and realized they were coming from the wooden floorboards. They were TINY. When we looked closer, there were some crawling on the bed, throughout the rug and in other parts of the bedroom. We found tiny ants and a bit larger ants in the bathtub and crawling up the shower wall in the bathroom. We found an insane amount of Pharaoh ants in the kitchen, crawling the walls down to the garbage can and all over the microwave. Pharaoh ants can bite and they also transmit disease. Having then in a kitchen is one way to make people very ill. We didn't even used the microwave before discovering them because it had food stuck on the ceiling/walls inside. I refused to cook or use any of their dishes because nothing was clean. We were greeted with a bleach stained hand towel in the bathroom that looked like it had blood stains on it. The rugs in the bedrooms had gross stains on them like things had been spilled and never cleaned up. We questioned whether the bedding had been washed after the last guests had been there. Upon entering the house, it has an overall nice look to it, like the pictures, however, you notice the smell of it right away. It's like a musty odor, but different than that. Just unpleasant.
