Mooi huis in een luxe, groene omgeving met zonneterras, speelkamer en terras

Deze prachtige vier slaapkamers, twee badkamers, 1750sqf huis is gelegen in een exclusieve, luxe, rustige en vredige, groene wijk. De 4 slaapkamers zijn voorzien van bedden voor 10 personen plus een opklapbed is ook beschikbaar, die is zeer comfortabel! Dit huis kan in totaal 11 personen slapen. het bevat een babywieg \ Pack n 'Play, zodat het kindvriendelijk is. Het is volledig ingericht en uitgerust en heeft een smart-tv die u kunt gebruiken Netflix en alle kabels kanalen in zowel de woonkamer en slaapkamer, wifi en wasmachine en droger, open haard en nog veel meer. Hoge plafonds en dakramen maken dit een lichte en uitnodigende ruimte. Het heeft een geweldig ingericht eigen overdekt terras om te zitten en te ontspannen en te genieten van de dag en gebruik de BBQ. Inclusief een geweldige serre om te genieten van het zonlicht in combinatie met een speelkamer om plezier te hebben terwijl u thuis bent. Volop volwassen bomen geven een parkachtig gevoel. Je hebt privéparkeerplaatsen plus voldoende parkeergelegenheid buiten de straat. U kunt de tennisbaan van de wijk gebruiken die op een paar minuten lopen van het huis ligt. Je zult het geweldig vinden!

Opmerking - Het huis is 100% rookvrij.

Dit huis is gelegen in het noordelijke deel van San Antonio en je hebt alle nodige voorzieningen direct naast je op loopafstand zoals winkels, gas, boodschappen, synagoge, kerk en allerlei restaurants. Ongeveer 5 minuten rijden naar het beroemde Northstar-winkelcentrum, parken en naar de luchthaven. 10 minuten rijden naar de dierentuin, botanische tuinen en naar het medisch centrum. 15 minuten rijden naar Six Flags, Downtown & Riverwalk, Sea World en meer. Perfect gelegen in het midden van alles!

U bent van harte welkom om het huis in zijn geheel te genieten, van de keuken tot de tuin. Er is ook een privépatio om te zitten en te ontspannen. Hoewel de garage niet in gebruik is, heeft u een eigen parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's en nog veel meer op straat.

Ik zal meer dan blij zijn om te helpen met elk probleem. Ik woon op 10 minuten afstand en zal je graag helpen. Terwijl je hier bent, is het huis aan jou om te genieten en de interactie met ons is aan jou! U kunt het toetsenbord gebruiken om toegang te krijgen tot het huis (ik zal u de toegangscode sturen op de dag van aankomst).

In het huis heb ik een lijst met lokale aanbevelingen, zodat je uitgerust bent met wat je nodig hebt om overal te geraken en het beste uit San Antonio te halen tijdens je verblijf!

Nice house in North San Antonio

Convenient location in North San Antonio. Decent space throughout house. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room talking, watching TV, and playing games. We also took advantage of the neighborhood pool down the street. Kids loved playing foosball on the enclosed back porch and cornhole in the backyard.

We really enjoy the entire space. The location was great. There are a food nearby and plenty of activities that we could drive 5 to 10 minutes from the house. There was a lot of interior space in the backyard is amazing a lot of seating areas with coverage for shade.

Although this property offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay, it was never disclosed that there was someone actually living in the attached garage. I get that this person did not have access to the house, but it still felt a bit creepy that we weren’t made aware.

Nice house

The house was very nice, clean and in a great location. Plenty of room for a large family or group. Daniel was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. My only suggestion is to clean up the backyard a bit. There are rocks instead of grass which is fine but there are tons of leaves and sap from old tree back there which makes it hard to enjoy the yard. Also, the hot water comes out extremely hotttttttt to the point of burning you. That needs to be adjusted to prevent an accident. Our stay was comfortable and we would stay there again.

Wedding Weekend

Many family members stayed at this property for my son’s wedding. The house offers lots of space for sleeping and hanging out. Location is convenient to 1604 and places we wanted to go. Great outdoor spaces but it was too hot to be out. Nice enclosed porch adds extra space. Great communication by the host. I would book again at this spot.

We only needed to stay one night in San Antonio. The house was so nice, we wished we could stay longer. Well furnished and great layout. The back yard has a nice corn hole game setup that we and the kids enjoyed. Definately recommend this property!

Great stay in a great location

This was a home run location and house for our recent family weekend in San Antonio. The location can't be beat as it is only 10-15 mins from Airport and 15-20 mins from downtown. Great restaurants/shopping near by and also slightly halfway between Lackland and Bullis. Wicked comfortable "atrium" that we used every afternoon/evening to play card and socialize. Pet friendly is nice! Daniel is awesome host and answered all of our questions quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for our bachelorette

Check in was at 3 pm, housekeeping was still there cleaning when we arrived but we didnt mind! Also help kept us mindful of how we left the place after our visit. Rooms and house were beautifully kept. Binder of rules were helpful. We had about 9 girls, which the house had plenty of room for. We were able to decorate with balloons for our bride to be and cook and have a little arts a craft in the linai area. It was perfect. Quiet time at 10 pm which we respected. Only complaint is the height of the mirror in the bathroom, but I'm 5 feet so thats my challenge. Haha!

the only thing the house did not have and I had one is a can opener and that might be do to the last people there we had 11 people with us and we had alot of room for all and as far as the WiFi you just have to know how to look on the back of the box and get the number not hard at all I would stay at this house again

This house is perfect for anyone visiting San Antonio. Close to the airport and all the major attractions. Plus it’s easy to hop over to nearby towns like Boerne and New Braunfels. Definitely recommend this place!!

HOUSEGUEST BEWARE!!!!!!

Potential houseguest be aware!!!!! This house is nothing as described in the pictures. Do not be fooled as we were. Everything in the house is very rundown, old, dirty and broken. When we first entered the house, we were not able to get Internet right away and we tried to call the property manager, and there was no answer for several days. We stayed there a total of five days and they never got back to us till the third day. There were so many problems with this house that they couldn’t even fix them all while we were there first due to them not answering our phone calls back and because the list was so long. The only thing they fix was the dryer because there was potential for fire due to the way the dryer is set up. This house is so rundown that it should actually be shut down. There is leakage in the glass room right outside, which makes the floor very slippery and there were massive puddles in that room. The screen door outside doesn’t close completely broken, maintenance guy said that they will never fix it or they never plan to fix it. The dishes were all dirty, and the liner that they used to put the clean dishes on is very old wrapping paper, the outside lights never worked so it’s pitch black when you’re trying to walk up a very steep and rocky driveway, one of the guest bedrooms bed is very uncomfortable, and very loud due to the boxspring., The guest bathroom sink faucet never had hot water, the guest shower is either very cold or very hot water. Do not stay!

Clean bedding, bathrooms, and kitchen. Easily can host a large group. Pictures describe it accurately. The inly improvements I would recommend would be to have a pizza cutter and pans in the kitchen. And maintenance the sunroom and backyard. Those spaces appear that the owner isn’t local and hasn’t been by in a while. But overall, I would recommend and stay there again if needed.
