Dit mooie 3 slaapkamer (+ loft met stapelbed en futon), 2 badkamers huis is gelegen in het heetste gedeelte van San Antonio (de noordwest I-10 gang en het centrum van de explosieve groei van San Antonio). Een tropische oase, omgeven door palmbomen en uw eigen privézwembad en bubbelbad, biedt een perfecte combinatie van tropisch buitenleven, centrale locatie dicht bij alles wat SA te bieden heeft, en een goed ingericht interieur. Als je je takenlijst in San Antonio hebt voltooid, profiteer dan van de gemakkelijke rit naar Hill Country-bestemmingen Boerne, Comfort of Fredericksburg,

Laten we beginnen met de favoriete functies van iedereen, je privézwembad en HOT TUB! Het zwembad en het bubbelbad zijn de middelste stukken van een spectaculaire achtertuin, compleet met tropisch landschap, veel buitenleven en natuurlijk een grote 'ole-gasgrill, perfect voor het grillen van het familiediner! Het zwembad is omgeven door palmbomen en tropische landschapsarchitectuur, evenals een lounge met vier ligstoelen en twee zitjes met loveseats, stoelen en salontafels. Bij het verlaten van de achterdeur kunt u ervoor kiezen om onder de tafel te gaan zitten of te kiezen uit meerdere lounges.

ZWEMBAD INFO
Het prachtige weer in San Antonio biedt ons de luxe om ons zwembad het hele jaar door open te hebben! Ons zwembad is niet verwarmd, maar de geschiedenis heeft bewezen dat december en januari (en soms februari) de enige maanden zijn dat het te koud wordt om te zwemmen. Vergeet echter niet dat dit huis een bubbelbad heeft!

Het interieur is net zo indrukwekkend. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers met de volgende configuratie:

Slaapkamer 3: 2 eenpersoonsbedden
Loft: stapelbed (twin bed bovenaan en vol aan de onderkant)

Wonderful home!

We stayed for the weekend for our daughter’s 8th birthday for a Sea World visit. The home was absolutely beautiful, great quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool and spa! Everything worked perfect, plenty of kitchen accessories, towels, pool towels, everything we needed. Owners were great with communication! The house was beautiful with 6 nice beds for our family to stay in. Plenty of space, so we weren't all on top of each other. The pool was nice, the pool isn't heated, so we spent our time hopping from the hot tub to the pool. The owners were quick to respond with any concerns or questions we had during our stay.

Comfortable Vacay

Two adults and two teens stayed so there was plenty of room. We were gone most of the time during the day but when we were at the house it was a quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool and spa were nice and utilized. We were about 20 minutes from most attractions (and we saw many!). When we reported a problem at the house the response time was great.

Downstairs master reunion

We are a group of retired siblings with mobility issues. The downstairs master suite was the main attraction for our visit and reunion. The home was clean and well maintained. The owner was responsive to a couple of minor issues we had and they were quickly resolved. The kitchen is well arranged and excellent for preparing meals. Although it was too cold to use the pool or hot tub, it was obviously in excellent shape and ready for use - if we were polar bears given the cold weather. Thanks to the owners for putting up with our limitations. Excellent choice for families getting together.

Needs an overhaul

Walking in the house was tidy. I rented this house to host my son and his family for a birthday celebration. Setting out the the cushions for the outside furniture, they are all torn up. The whicker couches are falling apart. The patio out back is cracked and chipped and many different levels due to trees roots. The palm trees in the photos are not even in the yard. Then you go into the kitchen and try to cook. Good luck! There isn’t a sharp knife in the house. I had to buy sheet pans. The kitchen light is non existent. I had to use the light on my phone to read something. The light coverings were cracked and duck taped together the pillows and blankets in the living room are so worn they need to be thrown out! . I expected much more from the photos and was very disappointed.

Wonderful Family Get Away!

Quiet and very convenient spot to enjoy spending time together as a family! The pool and hot tub were wonderful and so efficient to operate! The owners provided very detailed instructions which made the stay stress-free.

Not too Shabby

It’s good for short stays and sleeps. We did encounter a cockroach inside and a possum scaling the fence. The thermostat was a little confusing even with the instructions. It would have been nice to know the ceiling fan situation/ glad we have the portable fans available. It got rather warm at night. Overall, enjoyed the amenities that were provided like the pool and hot tub.

Great Place to Stay

My wife and I and four of our grandchildren loved our three day stay with lots of swimming and fun. Plenty of room for our group and while there might be a few maintenance issues, the pool was NOT one of them. Great communication from property manager. Quiet neighborhood near many conveniences. Easy access to several major highways.

Amazing

This property was exactly what we needed and accurately described. Communication with the host and property manager were great, we needed to be in close proximity to certain things and they were so great with helping us with that. The property was very clean, and had the perfect amount of space for four adults and three children. The pool area was fantastic and we enjoyed that every morning and evening!! We will definitely book this again next year.

We had a wonderful weekend here! The house was very nicely decorated and felt very welcoming. We appreciated the little extras like the chips and salsa and the coffee. We had plenty of space for two couples. Check in was super easy and the hosts were very responsive to all of our questions. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. Sadly it rained for most of our time so we didn’t get to use it. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Grandma’s house without Grandma

The location, price, pool, hot tub and the extra furnishing are 5 good reasons to stay at this house. San Antonio is hot, so a clean pool and swimming is possible about 8 months out of the year. We enjoyed the hot tub since our visit was is May. The house is located near UTSA. I was very impressed to see both a high chair and pack n play which we of course didn’t use since we were there for a UTSA graduation but I remember needing them when my guys were younger. The house had good instruction on operating the pool, thermostat, coffee maker etc. I would consider staying there again.

We came up for the weekend to go to the river walk and Sea World, and the house was in a great spot to do both. Super clean, cool backyard, great communication. Would definitely stay here again.
