Great neighborhood
Our first night, found a leak under the kitchen sink. We put a pan underneath the sink plumber came out, then left to purchase and replaced the garbage disposer during our first breakfast there. There is a bad odor (mold) in the laundry closet upstairs in 103. The water filter on the refrigerator in 103 needs to be replaced or re-set.103 has two lovely armchairs. When I saw them on the website, it closed the deal for me. I was so disappointed with how threaded bare these chairs were. Certain times of day, it was shocking to see the condition of the chairs. Found a child’s toy under a cushion. I knew check in is 4:00. A day or two before checking in, I had asked if it were at all possible to check in between 2:30-3:00. I was told that I would be notified as soon as they finished. So, I texted my customer service rep and told her it is my understanding that… and asked if she could please text or call when the units were clean. She replied, “Of course”. I never heard back from her after she replied “of course” until the next day. When she asked me if we could remove the vehicle from our assignment gravel space because there was going to be work on the driveway, we were asked to please move out vehicle or use the garage or the street. Our vehicles would not fit in the garage, so we parked down the street. There was no work ever done. The Welcome noticed had the wrong passwords. Mold appears to be the starting in the Master Bathroom Shower in 104. I've photos to photos to share.
