This tree-shaded home in Harmony Hills is the perfect getaway for work, leisure, or both. The main home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an incredible game room with a 65" TV and 2 arcade games. The house was recently given a head-to-toe remodel.

In addition to the main space, you have a separate casita/guest house/office in the back, furnished with a TV, convertible sofa bed, desk, and a full bath.

The home has G00gle Fiber internet service. It’s a mesh network to ensure that there are strong wifi signals across the property to take advantage of that blazing-fast fiber optic internet access.

There’s a mini-split unit in the casita. If you’re not familiar, it’s one of those wall-mounted air conditioning units often seen outside of the US (but gaining popularity here). The temp is controlled by remote control. It’s rated to heat/cool up to 550sqft so has no problem keeping that 200sqft space at the desired temperature. The casita was recently rebuilt, including insulation in the walls and ceiling.

Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay. This includes the main house, the backyard and the guest house/casita. The property is located on Fantasia St. so you can use that for mapping purposes.

Other things to note:

Pets are allowed but you must keep your pets off the furniture, and clean up after them at all times. This includes cleaning up the yard before departure if you are bringing dogs with you.

Some basic supplies are provided to get you started upon arrival, but you will likely have to provide more of the essential supplies during your stay, especially if you are staying more than a couple of nights (such as toilet paper, garbage bags, etc..). Please be sure to bring your own personal favorite shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
