Spacious property
We had a great stay. Our son graduated from Basic Military Training and we wanted a place close to the base and large enough to accommodate our family. This house was so spacious, we really annoyed the pool table and corn hole . Property was perfect for our family. Great communication with owner as well. Would stay here when coming back to San Antonio.

Spacious but outdated and unkept
There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our family. It was very out dated and un kept with a broken toilet seat, grime in the corners, spiders in almost every closet, fleas, the mattresses were disgusting, back porch stairs slanted making it very difficult to walk down. Dishes in cabinet were dirty, outdated leftover food in pantry and freezer. I do not recommend this place at all!

We came in for BMT graduation, and the home was perfect for my family and I. There was plenty of space and clean. It’s located in a nice and safe neighborhood. Base was really close which was a bonus!

House was dirty, dog hair on the carpet in living room, bathroom and kitchen needed bath towels, washcloths, soap, back yard was not kept up and corn hole game- someone cut the bean bags up, bugs in the ceiling light cover, had to use phone to watch tv. Pictures are misleading. signed never again

Nice Place Close to Sea World
Lots of room for all 4 families. Had everything we needed for our stay. Easy access to Sea World. Only issue was the A/C. It works fine but just took several hours to get cool. Once cool it stayed nice. So when you get there, immediately turn it down from the 77 degrees they have it at initially. Backyard looked fun for adults/teenagers, but all ours were under 5 so we kept them inside.

This is a beautiful house. How ever I believe the house was built on a land fill. the roads seem to be caving in. the house needs repair. the refrigerator has a broken shelf. Doorknob on master bedroom coming off. Light in upstairs bedroom is loose light comes on and sometimes it want come on. cornhole game needs to be replaced. cement in driveway broken and needs repair. and no wash clothes.

Great place to stay in San Antonio!
We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well stocked with everything we needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to a super Walmart and a lot of other amenities. The only downside was that the games in the game room need some attention. We loved the back yard! It was huge and we ended up buying a soccer and football so the kids to play. I would stay at this property again if we came back to San Antonio in a big group.

Elissa, Thank you for your review, we apologize about the leak in the laundry room and smell. not sure where the smell may be coming from as we have not had reports of smoking in the home. Good communication and feedback was great. We hope you can visit soon again.

Mother - Daughter girls trip
Having 6 bedrooms was the best! The dining room table was perfect for playing games. The kitchen was well stocked However the bathrooms were a little lacking in linens (went and bought wash cloths at the super close WalMart). It was a great location. A short drive to all of our destinations and convenient to dining and shopping.

Not so luxurious
Floors dirty, rugs filthy, back yard stairs flimsy and unsafe. Corn hole game completely broken, I was able to piece together one side so the 7 year old could play. Back yard had several hazards so children could not be left unattended. No blinds in upstairs bedroom. Video games each had handles and knobs missing. Bird nest above front door so we used the garage to enter/ exit. Found a scorpion in the foyer. Baby gate for stairs broken. Baby beds filthy. Located next to a landfill. No working clocks or clock radios.

The extreme heat does ruin the corn hole game, we did recently replace it with a plastic heavy duty one. have given the maintenance the list of your concerns and have been working on getting them fixed ASAP. Wonderful property!😁
We were exceedingly pleased with our stay. There was excellent communication with the property manager. The house was very clean and well stocked. We loved the large back yard! We were 20-30 minutes from all the attractions we visited. We highly recommend this property and would totally stay again at this house or another of their properties. We are already planning another trip to SA and will very likely book one of their properties based on this experience.

The house is absolutely adorable, it is extremely roomy and allows mini guests to feel comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is a more towels and washcloths, and dish cloths.

Outstanding Place with extraordinary hospitality
I had a lot of rentals before, so far, this was the best place. The place was very easy to check-in, a very clean place, just like the pictures provided in the app. My family and I had an amazing time staying at this place. Very close to downtown and the sea world. Above all the host was very prompt with response and flexible to make changes as needed by me. I will rent this place again if I go to San Antonio.

Kids had a great time
We were not in the house much of the time as we were sightseeing at the Alamo and then the second day at Seaworld. The game room on the second floor was a great hit for our 6 and 9 year old. Kept them busy during the rain. The layout was also good as the kids slept upstairs in the rooms with bunks and their parents were up there in the regular bedroom. Daniel was very responsive to our communication.

Big home- served its purpose
We are thankful that this home was able to has our entire family (extended) under one roof. The home was very dirty which was disappointing given that we paid a hefty cleaning fee. We have a 1 year old who is crawling and when we would pick him up his knees were black from the dust and dirt almost immediately. There was hair and dead bugs in corners of rooms which was also unfortunate given our crawling baby put everything in his mouth. The beds were as listed but I am surprised no prior review commend on how poor the mattress quality is. Regardless of the 2 things, the house served its purpose to allow our extended family to get together under one roof. They did have a decent high chair that we utilized which was nice. The back yard was very enjoyable space for us to soak up some spring weather. The grill is a charcoal grill so bring coal and lighter fluid.

Great place for a multi family getaway!
The outside of the house is a bit decieving when you approach, once inside it goes on forever! We had a wonderful stay, our teenagers and young adults enjoyed the game room. The house is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for family
We came to Texas to spend time with family and this house was perfect. We were able to all stay under one roof and everyone was comfortable. Highly recommend and Daniel did a great job keeping in touch whenever we needed something.
