SMOKING & VAPING: Absolutely NO smoking, NO vaping, NO e-cigarettes, and NO use of any tobacco or cannabis products is permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the house, on balconies, patios, or in the yard.

PARTIES & GATHERINGS: This property does NOT allow parties, events, or gatherings of any nature that exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the agreement.

NO PETS: We enforce a strict No Pets policy for all guests.

Violation of any of these zero-tolerance policies will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all payments.
