Dit prachtige historische huis uit 1880 is een oase met een bubbelbad en een zwembad en een charmante achtertuin met een PRIMO-uitzicht op de Tower of the Americas. Gunstig gelegen direct bij Downtown en Southtown / Lavaca, een hippe, eclectische wijk, dit huis met 3 slaapkamers / 2 badkamers (4 parkeerplaatsen op straat) ligt op een steenworp afstand van de Riverwalk, de Alamo, het Blue Star Arts Complex, de Henry B Gonzales Convention Center en de Alamodome.

De buurt is vol met kindvriendelijke parken en speeltuinen, een bruisend nachtleven en een verbazingwekkende, bekroonde eclectische eetkamer.

Deze eigenschap staat al meer dan een jaar op een andere website voor het delen van thuis en heeft daar een 5-sterrenwaardering. Het is nieuw voor HomeAway en de HomeAway-klanten vanaf dit jaar. Ik hoop dat je ervan houdt om bij mij thuis te blijven!

Je kunt vanuit mijn huis gemakkelijk naar alles in de stad lopen: Riverwalk, Fiesta, NIOSA, Alamodome, Henry B Gonzalez Convention Center, King William, River Walk, The Alamo, The wax museum, Final Four, Tal van lokale distilleerderijen en brouwerijen, The Blue Star kunstdistrict, Magik Children's Theatre en meer.

Mijn huis zou een geweldige centrale enscenering zijn om het volgende te bezoeken op de bus of een auto te huren: Sea World, Fiesta Texas, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, AT & T-centrum, Spurs, UTSA, Universiteit van het vleesgeworden Woord, Dierentuin van San Antonio, The Hill Land, Medisch Centrum, Missies van San Antonio, het Witte Museum, golfbanen, The Pearl, Morgan's Wonderland, Schlitterbahn, San Antonio Stock Show en Rodeo, McNay Art Museum, Natural Bridge Caverns en meer.

Fantastic

We had the best time! We were celebrating our group of high school girlfriends all turning 50 this year, and this property provided everything we needed! The house was clean and well-appointed, and the host included a lot of really nice personal touches. The weather was perfect, and the location was easily walkable to the Riverwalk and a bunch of restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Home away from home!

This property was so lovely. The art, the color, and the feel were better than the pictures on Vrbo. Ashley has every detail covered to make this place feel like a home away from home. She was very responsive to any questions I had and incredibly helpful with suggestions, both via the Vrbo app and the binder that was in the kitchen. We are already talking about another trip to San Antonio and we would absolutely stay in this place again. Honestly this has been my best experience with a Vrbo rental and host. Just Perfect

Our family of 5 was celebrating a college graduation and visiting San Antonio for the first time. The house provided a perfect home base for us as we enjoyed San Antonio. It’s an easy walk to the Riverwalk, great restaurants and bars. A local restaurant/bakery “Blush” which is right down the street has a wonderful bakery and delicious brunch. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool and inside playing games and working on a puzzle. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to San Antonio!

Spring Break

The house was fantastic! It was well stocked and the extra touches (snacks, drinks) were appreciated. There was an issue with the hose in the backyard, which was promptly managed by the owner with easy communication. My teens loved the hot tub (weather was too cold to use the pool much). Just blocks from some great restaurants. Definitely would rent this house again if we are back in San Antonio!

We were in town for a conference, and the property was an easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the venue. Lots of great little shops and restaurants and bars within a short walk. Short walk to the Riverwalk. Place was stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Holiday Haven

From the minute we walked in, this felt like home away from home. Everything from the delicious treats awaiting us to the informative binder providing us with San Antonio tips allowed us to have a fantastic vacation. The backyard hot tub helped us enjoy our time when not exploring nearby sites. Record player was an especially fun blast-from-the-past. was This was our first Vrbo experience and Ashley made sure that nothing was missing: beautiful home, excellent location, and clear communication. Highly recommended.

This property was worth every dollar. The location is perfect and the house is even better. The owner has literally thought of everything. The house comes with any all items you need while staying away from home. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and just a few blocks from so much of what downtown San Antonio has to offer. It was the little details of this place that made this experience perfect. My family and I truly enjoyed the experience and will definitely be back. First class all around!

Great location, walking distance to pretty much everything

This is a great home, very clean and comfortable. We had a conference to attend and were able to walk everywhere without hassle. The local restaurants are great like Rosario's Mexican Cafe which is about 3 blocks away. Just overall a great spot.

We really enjoyed Casa de Fiesta while in San Antonio for our son's wedding. The house was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the location was perfect. It was very hot while we were there, so the pool was a god send!! Thanks Ashley and the pool guy!

This property was definitely one of the best I have stayed in using VRBO. Ashley was a delight to work with from the very beginning. The house was extremely clean, good beds, good sheets, pillows and towels. Decorated simply but nice and the attention to detail was unbelievable, she thinks of everything you would need to be more then comfortable. The pool was an extra treat, especially since it was near 100 degrees. Plenty of seating too! The location of the home is excellent too - walking distance to many attractions, good restaurants and bars. Nice quiet neighborhood, so be sure to respect her neighbors. She also provides a San Antonio guidebook which was very useful, even before we arrived in San Antonio - we had a good idea of what we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this home! She deserves a 10 star in my opinion.

Great house and location!

We loved staying at this Southtown location! It has all the amenities you could need and the back yard space is amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and it was so nice that there was coffee, creamer and other refreshments available on our arrival. It is walking distance to several great restaurants and the Alamo. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

Casa de Fiesta was amazing!!! The attention to detail was amazing and Ashley was so easy to with! The fireworks on NYE were fantastic and we were able to walk to all the festivities downtown!! If you’re looking for a fun and funky Southtown location in SA, this is the place!!

Super clean upon arrival, excellent communication with Ashley, the host. The location was walkable to a few restaurants, the river walk, and the convention center. Beautiful view of the Tower from the hot tub & got a picture-perfect memory of it when taking a morning dip during the sunrise! Basics provided for cooking meals at home. Backyard was perfect for entertaining! Would definitely stay here again if I need to travel to San Antonio in the future.

Great vacation rental

This property is centrally situated with all the essential attractions within a 10 minute drive. Local eats and watering holes can be found within a 10-15 minute walking distance. If staying in is what you prefer, the property offers plenty of options. The house is colorfully themed and decorated; appropriately stocked for every age group. Most importantly, it is CLEAN! We would love to come back and stay at the same place again!
