  • Gloednieuw huis met 3 slaapkamers op loopafstand van de parel en toegang tot de rivier de Walk. Centraal gelegen op loopafstand van een aantal van de favoriete entertainment hotspots van de stad - inclusief de parelbrouwerij en het nachtleven langs de gerevitaliseerde St Mary's strip. Ruime indeling met verschillende balkons en uitzicht op het centrum. Gunstig gelegen nabij Trinity University, de zakenwijk van SA en toegang tot alle belangrijke snelwegen. Gloednieuw huis en met alle nieuwe meubels. Aangrenzende eigenschap beschikbaar voor grotere groepen VRBO # 1229202.

    Twee auto garage beschikbaar voor gasten parkeren. Grote omslag rond patio. Op de eerste verdieping vindt u een slaapkamer met een bad voor degenen die de trap niet willen gebruiken.

    Tweede verdieping is de woonkamer. Zes persoons eettafel. Grote, warp rond het eiland met 4 barkrukken. Twee driezitsbanken, waarvan er één uittrekbaar is. Half bad en toegang tot terras.

    Derde verdieping beschikt over twee suites. Ruime master met kingsize bed, 55 inch tv, twee kasten en grote hoofddouche. Tweede slaapkamer met inloopkast, queensize bed, uitzicht op de parel en een ligbad. Heeft ook een wasmachine / droger op de derde verdieping voor gasten.

    * Afgelopen gast heeft problemen met een balk ernaast opgeworpen. De bar is officieel gesloten en is niet langer een probleem met lawaai.

A pearl of a location

This was a great property and perfect for our needs. Such a great design spread across 3 levels and with a great kitchen and open meeting space. Added bonus, every bedroom has an en suite adjoining bathroom. Again, such a smart design. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Very modern and clean kitchen fully equipped if you are preparing meals. We did not use but nice knowing it was available for use. Three bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower were a big plus. Just is very quick to answer with any correspondence. I would recommend this property to as bone and would stay here again.

Great proximity

Very clean, modern townhome; equipped with all the necesities. Great safe neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Walking distance to the Pearl. This place has both family and adult venues. Very responsive host. Our family enjoyed the time spent here. We plan on returning in the future.

Nice and clean rental. Only critiques were the next door bar noise, garage does not fit two vehicles so our second vehicle had to be parked along a street a bit away out of sight.

Enjoyed it. Very spacious. Modern. Garage parking was a bit difficult and not being able to park outside the door was not perfect. A bit more spacing between homes would be suggested for future construction. Also a bigger garage.

Be upfront about the location

The rules stated that no loud noises after 10 PM, however, they should’ve stated that there is a bar located next door to the townhouse which does not close until 2 PM and plays loud music. This would have been a big factor in me and my family staying there!

Nice Townhouse

The property was quiet with the exception of a bar that stayed open until 2am next door. We all used sound machine on our phone and ear plugs and it turned out ok. The price paid was extremely reasonable.

Family Gathering

Sadly, we booked the place for a family because of a mom/grandma that had passed away. Most grandchildren live out of state. It was the perfect spot to gather 3 families. Place was also very convenient to all downtown activities. It is walking distance to the Pearl. It just so happened we came at the start of Fiesta. The grandma that passed away would have loved that her grandchildren got to see what she loved so much about San Antonio.

Great location and great place

Stayed with some friends on a girls trip. Three bedrooms with our own bathrooms was a plus. Walking distance to the Pearl as well as several other restaurants. Great workout with lots of stairs! Just a short drive or Uber to the Riverwalk. Bar next door but we didn’t hear a peep from them. Large kitchen for cooking and very clean. Directly next to the police station. Would stay again without hesitation.

Weekend getaway

Very nice property and perfect for our weekend getaway. Beds were comfy although pretty creaky. Location was good with easy access to sights. We walked to the Velvet Taco and would highly recommend their unique delicious food. We also walked to the Pearl and saw Christmas lights on the River Walk there. Lots of photo ops. The Lonesome Rose next door had a nice outdoor area but was kind of loud between 12 and 2am. Not a big deal for us. Property mgr checked in but we didn’t have any issues. We’d stay again if we need a place in San Antonio.

Must master the stairs

We spent three days and two nights at the condo for a family Christmas trip. The place was fairly new and beautiful. The neighborhood was decent. We didn't hear anything from the restaurant/bar that was a short distance from our balcony. We loved the location. It was within 10-15 minutes drive of everything we wanted on the Riverwalk. ... Beware of one thing: The unit is three stories, with one bedroom on the ground floor off the garage and two bedrooms on the third floor. If you are older like us, or have somebody recovering from a broken ankle (also us) getting up and down the stairs is a challenge.

Good location,

We recently spent a few years in San Antonio with the Army and lived in an apt in the Pearl so we were familiar with area. Its a great location! Its a 2-3 block walk to the Pearl and all the restaurants. There is some construction in the area but its a very quiet neighborhood atnight and overall it felt safe. I did have to chuckle when I read that there was a 10 pm curfew for noise given that there is a bar behind the building. Their noise was never an issue for us. I would not let that deter you. The inside is just as pictured, and management checked in with us to make sure everything was Ok.

Family friendly

House is good. Be warned that this is a tri level house. First floor bedroom means that person still has to navigate stairs to get to the living room. Other 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is great. Also be warned that the outside patio of a restaurant is next door to one side of the house does stay open pretty late (definitely well past 10). So if you have anyone that needs to or does go to sleep early, this may be a bother. Separate air control for all 3 levels is also a plus!

Unaware there was so many stairs, sheets on the beds were terrible. Never did get the TV to work, followed your directions and every time it came up with an error message that there was no cable box connection, one remote was missing batteries, so don't know if that was the one we needed. Noted several areas of damage and don't know why they were noticed prior and corrected.

Great Walkable Location for The Pearl / Riverwalk / CIA

I would choose this location again for future trips to San Antonio because of its location. A primary purpose of this trip was a cooking class at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). The CIA was an easy walk through a neighborhood where we felt safe. In the same area as the CIA (generally referred to as The Pearl District, I think) there's a weekend farmer's market, many restaurants, coffee shops, artisan shops, and bars. There's also an entrance to the River Walk; It's about 1.5 miles from this entrance to downtown near the Alamo. The house has 3 levels. The ground-level bedroom caught a lot of noise from the outdoor seating of the bar next door. The noise wasn't a problem for common areas on the middle floor or the bedrooms at the top. The ceilings are high, which means quite a few stairs to get between floors, so keep that in mind if stairs are a problem. Food for cook-at-home meals can be found at an HEB grocery store an easy 2-ish mile drive, on W. Olmos. If you go there, don't take the most direct route -- do some zig-zags of cross streets where you'll pass by some beautiful old homes/estates.
