Worse experience! The room smelled, room furniture missing paint, guest chair had large butt stain imprint, bathroom was missing the flush handle. I requested a refund and was informed they couldn’t refund me because I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for over an hour, several hangups from the representative, he send at least 8 or more verification codes. He finally informed me he could only reimburse a partial refund. He then booked me at a different hotel and charged me another fee. I arrived at the other location and informed the staff Expedia reserved a room and gave them my reservation number. I asked the staff if I could see the room prior to checking in, she said yes. I walked into the room, there were roaches crawling all over the place, I took pictures and informed the staff that I couldn’t stay there and requested a refund because they had a roach problem. Once again, told I had to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was told they much check will the property manager to see if they are willing to agree to a refund. I was charged 3 times for room I didn’t stay in due to no fault of my own and no refunds. I will never use or recommend Expedia to again!
