Locatie, locatie, locatie !!! En de beste uitzichten in heel San Diego! Slechts vijf minuten van het vliegveld, Gaslamp, Little Italy, Zoo, Balboa Park, Hillcrest, Convention Center, Old Town en Seaport Village. Tien minuten van SeaWorld, Mission Bay, Coronado en het strand. Dit charmante huis uit de jaren 1920 bevindt zich op een prominente straat tussen miljoenen-dollar herenhuizen (de beroemde Harper Topiary House is slechts twee deuren verderop) met een zeer ruime en open vloerpan perfect voor sociale bijeenkomsten.

RUIMTE
De leefruimten zijn zeer open en groot om families te ontmoeten die willen ontspannen en ontspannen. De slaapkamers zijn super comfortabel en stil met mooie beddengoed en voorzieningen. De keuken is goed ingericht, en bijna elk raam in het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht. Er is een eigen achtertuin met hangmat, barbecue en chaise ligstoelen om te ontspannen terwijl u uw glas wijn geniet en de zon over de Stille Oceaan kijkt.

SLAAPREGELINGEN
Er zijn twee slaapkamers met een queensize bed in elke kamer. De open leefruimte is 700 vierkante meter en biedt plaats aan nog eens zes personen met een queensize bed in de sofa, een full-size futon, een koningin luchtbed en een tweepersoons luchtbed. Er is ook een extra bank, een chaise longue ... en een tweepersoons hangmat in de achtertuin voor degenen die liever onder de maan slapen, luisterend naar het geritsel van palmbladeren;)

GASTTOEGANG
Gasten hebben toegang tot alles wat dit huis te bieden heeft, behalve de vrijstaande garage en berging in de kelder van het huis.

GUEST INTERACTION
Er is een combinatieslot zodat gasten kunnen arriveren en vertrekken naar eigen goeddunken. Als er helemaal iets nodig is, aarzel dan niet om te bellen.

BUURT
Dit huis is gevestigd in MidTown / Mission Hills, zodat het zeer veilig is en omringd wordt door multi-million dollar huizen (zie straatfoto's). Het is centraal gelegen en ideaal voor degenen die San Diego willen zien.

OMGERICHT
Er zijn vele prachtige restaurants, cafés en café op loopafstand. Het is ook een korte wandeling naar de trolley stop die u in het centrum, het stadion en zelfs naar de Mexicaanse grens kan brengen. UBER is gemakkelijk bereikbaar en er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid op straat voor mensen met auto's.

1000% Would Stay Here Again

Such a beautiful property! The host was wonderful with communication and ensuring an easy check-in/check-out process. No complaints about the planes flying overhead - I actually really enjoyed watching them on the balcony! Talk about a gorgeous view!! I didn't hear a thing in the bedrooms either. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and would absolutely stay here again!

Definitely Million Dollar Views and Sunsets

Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. Extremely comfortable and cozy accommodations. Everything from a complete kitchen, laundry, sofas, chairs and comfortable beds made our stay easy, convenient and relaxing. The location is pretty much in the middle of everything with easy access to most places. What I enjoyed the most was the patio. Amazing sunsets and views of the city, Coronado and Point Loma. I could sit out there for hours. Bill is a great host and quick to respond. Looking forward to booking here again.

Beautiful Panoramic deck view

The BIGGEST plus is the viiew, WOW……and the sunsets are amazing! This is an older property and has a lot of stairs BUT well worth making those steps. Quiet neighborhood and in a perfect location near Old Town, Little Italy, and Gaslamp area. Bill was easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions.

Great location

Pro’s: location, 10 minutes to everything, great host, great communication, comfortable beds, steaming with Fubo for sports, Netflix for movies. Con’s: only 2 bedrooms, not 3 as listed, microwave randomly beeped in the middle of the night, loud when the planes took off from the south (every day, though there was a curfew at night) and trains, stove was hard to control as it is very old. Overall we had a great time though.

Aircraft spotting paradise

Very nice place, clean, with all the amenities. But of course it’s the view and the deck that wins it over. Beautiful sunsets, nice evening breezes. If you are an aviation buff, this is an airplane spotters Paradise overlooking San Diego airport. Bring your aircraft band scanner and your binoculars! You won’t be disappointed.

Great stay in San Diego!

A great location for a few days in San Diego. We were touring colleges so the location was central for going anywhere in the area. The house had a ton of charm and the deck was amazing to relax each evening. Bill was checking in on us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back again!!

Great House, Great Location.

The house is pretty much as the description and pictures make it out to be, no surprises there. The deck is worth it, my wife and I enjoyed relaxing out there at night and the kids loved the view of the airport (which you could not hear at all while sleeping). It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, including short walks to the train or quick drives to Hillcrest, North Park, or Downtown. Only thing to take note of is the steps up to the house, no problem for us, including a 4 and 6 year old but if you have any mobility issues might not be the best choice. Bill was an awesome host, responding quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend, if we head back this will be one of the first places we look to book.

Excellent stay

Stayed 4 nights at this wonderful bungalow. It was very convenient to all the San Diego attractions and we had no problem with on-street parking There are steps to be climbed which could be a challenge to some. Everything was as presented on rental site. Loved the view on the deck, full kitchen and washer dryer. The beds were comfortable and both were kings. Everything we needed was there and it was the best place to come "home" to after being out and about all day enjoying the sites Bill was a great rental owner to work with. Very quick to respond to my questions and helpful. We appreciate you Bill!!! I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again in the future

Panoramic views

This was an excellent base of operations for our trip to San Diego. From the hilltop, our kids liked watching the planes take off and the bay and ocean glisten. Bill was very responsive and offered to address a couple of minor glitches, but we were out and about so much it wasn't necessary. Eight thumbs up!

Love this place for a girls trip, location is perfect cuz it’s so close to the airport and easy to get to anywhere you need to go. The views from the balcony are beautiful! Bill was very attentive and easy to reach. The house is a little older but you can expect that in SD. We had no issues with the stairs but I can see that being a problem for different age groups of people

Great time in San Diego

We stayed here while San Diego was in the middle of a storm, luckily the house felt like home & kept us cozy throughout our stay. The view was also beautiful, being able to see how the weather changing from such a great view was awesome. Instructions for check in & check out were very clear. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend staying here!
