The space

Restaurants you've bookmarked, bars you've seen on social media, Petco Park is close enough that game day starts the second you step outside.

The Row House sits right in the middle of it.

Three stories, three king bedrooms, and the kind of space where six people can spread out without stepping on each other.

The second floor is where everything happens — a wide-open kitchen and living area with an 85-inch TV, a pool table that doubles as ping-pong when someone gets competitive, a cocktail bar with a mini-fridge, and a wall-mounted arcade game for the moments between plans.

It has the feel of a place designed for hanging out, not just sleeping.

The kitchen is the kind you actually want to cook in.

Good knives, real cookware, an air fryer, a blender, and a coffee bar with a grinder, a Keurig, a full pot, and enough counter space that breakfast for six doesn't feel like a production.

Upstairs is where the trip shifts gears.

The primary suite features vaulted ceilings, a live-edge desk with a wall-mounted monitor for checking in on work, and a bathroom with dual vanities.

Down the hall: an infrared sauna that makes everything else melt away.

A digital gym if you want to keep your routine.

And up a pull-down ladder, a private rooftop deck with a two-person hot tub and a skyline that earns its own moment.

Mornings hit different when everyone actually slept well.

Three king beds across three private rooms means nobody's negotiating for space.

A crib and pack-and-play are tucked in the closet for anyone traveling with little ones.

The first floor has two bedrooms with LED accents, phone chargers, and their own smart TVs — plus a full bath, a washer and dryer, and direct access to the garage.

One reserved garage spot comes with the house. Street parking is available for a second vehicle (please don't park in the shared courtyard).

Outside, there's an AstroTurf patio with a three-person outdoor sofa — the kind of spot where morning coffee stretches longer than it should.

WiFi runs at 400 Mbps, and every room has a smart TV. Self-check-in with a smart lock means you arrive on your own time.

Petco Park is a ten-minute walk.

The Gaslamp Quarter is ten minutes the other direction.

Seaport Village, the Convention Center, craft breweries, late-night tacos, coffee shops that know what they're doing — all of it is close enough that the car stays parked the entire trip.

This is the trip where you don't need a plan. You just need to show up.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire three-story townhouse, including all indoor and outdoor areas:

• All three levels of the home
• Private garage parking for one vehicle
• Kitchen, dining, and living areas
• Pool table / ping-pong table
• Bar area with mini fridge and arcade game
• All bedrooms and bathrooms
• Third-floor wellness area with the infrared sauna, digital gym machine, and dedicated workspace
• Private hot tub deck (open until 10pm)
• Outdoor patio with seating — all outdoor areas are off limits after 10 PM per city ordinance.

Guests will receive gate codes, the front-door code, and access instructions before arrival. Two garage remotes are located inside the home for opening the 10th Ave and 11th Ave vehicle gates.

Other things to note
This home spans three stories, so guests should be comfortable using stairs. The hot tub, sauna, and gym equipment are for adults 18+ only. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM in accordance with city regulations. Use of all outdoor areas is prohibited after 10 PM. Two noise violations will result in a $300 fine. Noise, occupancy, and smoking detection devices are installed indoors and on outdoor areas to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors —these do not record audio.

Garage parking for one vehicle, plus paid street parking nearby. Courtyard parking isn't permitted — please use the garage or street. Two garage remotes are provided inside the home; please return them at checkout to avoid a replacement fee.

Parking in the shared courtyard is not permitted — it blocks residents' access to their own garages. When leaving the courtyard, please exit via the 11th Street gate, not 10th Ave, as guests are often entering there at the same time.
