I tried… Guest checked in 10/14. They then went to a local bar/restaurant. Another car left the bar/restaurant parking lot same time as they did and drove behind the guest with their lights out. Guests arrived at the VRBO parking space and other car kept driving. The guest moved from the unit that night around 11pm to a downtown hotel. Next morning, they told me of their move to a downtown hotel. I told guest to cancel their booking (which they did not do until 8:30pm on the second day of their booking). I would then reimburse them with any booking amount I received up to 10/21 (3 days past their booked check out of 10/18). SD Padres playoff was this weekend, busy weekend. Other people had requested her dates. She made the unit un-rentable for others. They posted this review on 10/17. (??) Apparently the guest did not want my help. All guests have the same rental agreement, I tried to make them whole outside of that agreement. Contrary to their allegations, this is a safe area. Prior to their posting I felt bullied (not appreciated) when they stated that they would post a review (which they did) listing their ‘experience’ if not refunded. Very frustrating.

Beach chairs have been replaced with new. Thank you for letting me know they needed to be replaced.
